Bmin Specimen
Bmin is the baseline standard expected to yield the lowest possible response. In competitive binding assays, Bmin is a zero standard with no binder added (NSB). In sandwich assays, Bmin is the zero blank baseline standard. For qualitative data reduction, the Bmin can be the negative control.
