Assay bioanalytics is a system of metrics that measure the performance of the assay reagents and incubation conditions, the regression fits, and the confidence limits of the results for individual assays and a pool of reference assays. Confidence limits from these pooled reference assay metrics are used to evaluate the metrics from individual assays.
