The percent bias is the percent difference between the computed concentration and the Assigned Conc of the standard/unknown dilution or the Nominal Conc of the control. %Bias = ( ( Conc – Assign/Nominal Conc ) / Assign/Nominal Conc ) * 100. It is the same as the %RE.
