Sample
A sample replicate is an aliquot of a baseline, standard, control or unknown dilution, plus the other reagents of the immunoassay or bioassay incubation. A baseline, standard, control or unknown specimen is prepared into one or more concentration or titer dilutions that in turn are pipetted into one or more sample replicates in the assay.
