An electronic signature (eSignature) is a computer generated signature that is attached to an electronically transmitted document as verification of that individual’s intent to sign the document. This method must employs two distinct identification components, a login identification and a password. This login identification and password are unique to one individual, and are used solely for the purpose of signifying acceptance or rejection of that document.
